Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order without providing any reasons to us, before the order is dispatched. If the order is dispatched and received you still have the right to return the products to us, please refer to our Return Policy. You can cancel the order, add or remove items, even after order is placed by contacting us.

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Order Procedure
Please choose your products from the website. Once you push the Add to Cart button the items will be saved in your basket. Upon placing the order you will receive an email confirmation from us listing your items and the prices on the order in both Greek and English Language. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order to arrange the delivery and payment for the product.
Entire agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Nikolas Sotiriou and associates. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Nikolas Sotiriou.
